Hoppin down the Bunny Trail

It is cold and snowy here today. It is hard to believe that Easter is just around the corner. I decided to make a page celebrating this time of the year.

I started out with some blue, pink, and green acrylic paint. I added in some stenciling through a Tim Holtz Stone Die cut to add some dimension to my path.

I sketched out the rabbits, chicks, and egg balloons. I then colored them in with distress markers.

The butterflies are a Tim Holtz stamp that I colored with more Distress Markers.

I used a few different flower stamps and some paint markers to add flowers into the grassy area. I hand drew in the stems with a green paint marker.

Lastly I added in the tags. The tags are colored with Distress Paint and Distress Ink. I used another paint marker to add in the saying and then went around it with a white pen.

I am going to submit this to 2 challenges: Effy Wild Easter and use a tag Challenge and the Simon Says Stamp Winged Things (my butterflies). Thank you very much for stopping by and I hope you enjoy your Easter.
