Happy Earth Day

Just a quick post today to share my reduce and re-use collage art journal pages. The journaling has nothing to do with Earth day, but the pages are made using what some might consider trash or recyclable material.

The background is made with tissue paper that came with a bouquet of flowers, various napkins from different places, clear plastic packaging that I stamped on, an old sewing pattern, and paper towels that I used to clean up my inky mat.

I then added my main focal images, which were magazine clippings. A bit of lettering and journaling and my pages are complete.

I am submitting this to 2 different challenges: Frilly and Funkie Upcycle and Scrapbooker's Paradise Use Something Recycled.

Thank you very much for stopping by and Happy Earth Day!
